Rainbows Make Me Happy

 Rainbows always make me think of Spring and definitely make me smile.  Rainbows to me are a sign of hope and a promise.  What better way to celebrate a spring birthday than with a rainbow.

I loved using
 the colors of the rainbow for the stamps across the front of the card as well as the enamel dots in various places on the front of the card.  Of course I had to put the sun on the inside of the card.  You can't have a rainbow without rain, but you can't have a rainbow until the sun begins to peek out.

      Thanks Claire. I thought both the rainbow and sentiment needed to be the focus of the card. So, why not combine them?
