Kylie's International Blog Hop Congratulations

It is time for another Kylie's International Blog Hop.   This month the theme is congratulations.  I was inspired by the Just Add Ink inspiration photo as well as the sketch for  the CAS(E) This Sketch Challenge this week.  The inspiration picture had me thinking of an outdoor wedding. I can just imagine the bride walking through the gate and down the isle with pink roses. So, that was my beginning inspiration for this Congratulations card.  

 But, as I completed the card, I realized this could be used for any congratulations card needed. I feel like this card has a feminine touch, but I suppose it would work for either gender who loves gardens filled with pink flowers.  It would be perfect for a wedding congratulations, birth congrats for the mom, graduations, promotion, or really anything you want to congratulate.
