Journey to Bethlehem

It seems like October ends and Christmas is here in all the stores.  I struggle a little with that since I don't want us to miss Thanksgiving and the focus on gratitude.  However, since I try to focus on gratitude and thankfulness year round, I suppose an extra emphasis in November is not crucial.  Also, I've been making Christmas cards year round so continuing to focus on them is not out of the ordinary.  Plus, if you really want time to relax and enjoy family and friends and celebrate the true meaning of Christmas, you probably want to get a jump on all your Christmas cards now.  :)

 This was probably my favorite stamp set in the 2017 Stampin' Up! Holiday catalog and I was so excited to see it in the 2018-2019 Annual Catalog.  I love depicting Mary and Joseph on their journey to Bethlehem and I always feel the need to put a cityscape and the star of Bethlehem on the inside of the card.
