You're in my Thoughts and Prayers for PCC382

I decided to make the type of card today that no one really likes to think about needing, but might make the most difference in someones life  No one likes to think about needing a sympathy card or one to encourage someone struggling with any difficulty in life.  But what's worse than needing a card for those occasions is not having any ready made when you need them.  We can plan ahead for birthdays, holidays, weddings, baby celebrations, retirements, etc  But, there is no way to plan ahead for a sympathy or encouragement card.  We all know they will be needed at some point, but there is no real way to determine exactly when that point will be.  So, I always try to have at least one on hand even though I am still figuring out the best way to get my cards from my desk into a stamped and addressed envelope and out to the mailbox.  But, that's a story for another day

I love the Memories & More kits and the way they coordinate so well with other products in the catalog.  I love that it was so simple to coordinate colors for this card using products from the Petal Garden suite and finding a card from the Petal Garden Memories & More kit on which to stamp the sentiment and draw all the elements together.

I also fell even more in love with the Stamparatus.  I've been dreaming about how wonderful it would be to use ever since I learned of its existence back in November at OnStage LIVE.  I've been impatiently waiting since I reserved mine in November.   Well, it arrived yesterday and I was so excited my husband said my blood pressure would be elevated at my cardiologist appointment.  It wasn't btw, but that appointment did keep me from playing with my Stamparatus until today.  If you watched my FB live this afternoon, you got to see my first ever use of the Stamparatus.  It was amazing.  The video is on my YouTube Channel and will be on tomorrow's blog post.  I have not quit using it on every card I've made since then.  I was so thankful for it on this card because my first stamping attempt of the inside sentiment missed a few words.  If you've ever done that, you know how frustrating it is and how nearly impossible it can be to line up even photopolymer exactly to stamp on top of an image.   It was so easy with the Stamparatus.  I didn't even really have to think about it, just re-ink the stamp and stamp again.  The Stamparatus is a game changer.
