Global Design Project 106 | Sketch Challenge Makes a Tic Tac Toe

Fall is here and I've been spending most of my creative time lately playing with  the new items from the Holiday catalog.  This week, I happen to be right in the middle of a virtual party and have been spending a lot of time looking at everything available.  For some reason, that combine with the weeks GDP Sketch and Tic Tac Toe board made me want to pull our my Petal Garden DSP and Rose Garden thinlits and create with those.  I love cutting out a rose outline thinlit and using it as a stencil to sponge the image of the rose.  I chose to use the Sweet Sugarplum and Rich Razzleberry that coordinate with the Petal Garden DSP.  I made the tic tac toe with stencil and green using the open (or free) space.

Make sure you head over to the challenges and check out the inspiration cards by the design teams as well as the other creative entries.

  1. What a pretty card, Angel...the soft sponging is perfect for the rose image. Thanks for joining the TTTC this week.
