Petal Palette Flowers

When I first saw the sketch for FMS this week, I instantly thought it looked like either a window or picture frame.  And, both are perfect to have flowers both encircling and in the center.  I also wanted to play with my Petal Palette bundle before the DSP is retired at the end of this month.

I cut an oval out of the card front and then adhered a piece of Petal Passion DSP on the card inside so you can see it through the oval.  I used my Berry Burst marker to color in a few of the flowers on the DSP to give it a pop of color.  The thinlits are already curved so they worked perfectly to frame to oval.  I decided to use the thank you sentiment for this card, but there lots of occasions to choose from in this stamp set.  You could pick the perfect one for your card needs.
I was inspired by several challenges when creating this card.  Make sure you head over to the challenges to see the inspiration cards by the design team and other creative entries.
