Beautiful Bride

I've had this card running through my head for awhile now and when I saw the colors for the CAS challenge this week, I knew it was time to move it from my head to an actual created card  I have always loved pink and gray together.  It may be my favorite color combination and I think when used for this wedding card, it adds a touch of romance and elegance.  The entire card just says love and romance to me -- which I suppose is what you are looking for in a wedding card.

 The only color added to the stamped image of the bride was the Lovely Lipstick added to her bouquet  Even the tulle and pearls added for a veil remain white.  Thanks Fran Lynn for the idea of adding a veil to this stamped image.  The watercolor wash of Powder Pink around the bride adds a crispness to the white of the stamped image.

It may still feel like the polar vortex outside, but here in my stamp room, I'm dreaming of spring which includes brides, babies, and flowers.
