This card makes a tic-tac-toe for PCC131. I chose to make my tic-tac-toe with the top row using #simplestamping, Birthday celebrations, and sequin. I love how easy it is to add so much variety of color using markering. These stamps just lend themselves to being perfect for that technique I also think the adhesive backed sequins are perfect for new stampers, or really any stampers who want to add bling quickly without having to deal with the mess of glue and sequins.
