Falling Leaves for FMS 315

I'm not quite ready to give up playing with the Painted Harvest DSP and since today didn't feel a bit like winter it's hard for me to believe it is December so I was definitely in the mood for a falling leaves card. 

I think fall colors are so pretty and tried to capture as many of them as possible on this card.  The gold foil on the Tranquil Tide leaf shows that it is in the process of changing and is not the full green of summer. 

I'm embarrassed to admit this, but I've had Multipurpse Adhesive Sheets in my stash of product since they became available in the 2017-2018 Annual Catalog.  I was so intrigued by the idea of this adhesive and excited to use them.  I can't give you a concrete reason why I haven't tried yet.  Maybe it has something to do with being a bit fearful to try something new not knowing whether or not it would work as well as the adhesive I already love.  Whatever the reason, it sat in my drawer unused for the past eight months or so.  

Well, no more.  I have officially found a new favorite adhesive to use with precision cut dies.  I think I was a little bit afraid to figure out how to use it without wasting too  much.  All you have to do is cut a piece slightly larger than the thinlit you plan to cut out and then adhere it to the cardstock you will be cutting out with the BigShot.  When you're finished, you have just created a sticker to adhere on your project without the mess.  I was amazed!!!  And, I will be reaching for the Multipurpose Adhesive Sheets every time I have a precision cut thinlit.  I honestly don't know if the gold foil leaf could have so perfectly lined up with the solid Tranquil Tide leaf without a big mess.
