Falling in Love Forever

When I first saw the sketch for Global Design Project 082, I knew I wanted to use some DSP before it is retired.  But, which one???  I absolutely love the Falling in Love DSP from the Occasions catalog and I've been waiting for a wedding themed card to use the lace patterned DSP because it reminds me of a delicate wedding gown.  Kylie Bertucci's  International Highlights theme happens to be wedding this month, so this was a perfect time to use the DSP I have been saving.
I wanted it to have some bling and just a touch of something special, so I used the Metallic ribbon and Gold Embossing power for the sentiment.
After putting it together, I thought it still needed an extra touch of elegance, so I added some pearls to the flowers.
I even used a piece of the lace DSP to decorate the inside of the card.

If you love this card, be sure you purchase items needed to make it before May 31.  Both the DSP and stamp set will be retiring

Make sure you check out all the other designs in Global Design Challenge 082

I am also entering this in Kylie's International Highlights.  That will be going live on her blog at 8am Wednesday, April 12 at 8am which is 5pm Tuesday, April 11 CDT.  Please visit the International Highlights and be sure to vote for your favorites.
