CAS(E) This Sketch 229

As I thought about the sketch for this week's CAS(E) This Sketch, I've had a totally different idea running around my head, but I couldn't seem to pull it together.  Today, as I was planning a card for a friend recovering from surgery, this sketch entered my mind and I suddenly knew exactly what I wanted to create.  I may still try to create my card from my first idea for the sketch.  Who knows?  You'll just have to keep watching this blog and see what happens.

 I love the 2017-2019 In Color Bitty Bows.  I just haven't figured out quite how to tie a bow quite that perfect starting from a roll of ribbon.  If anybody out there has great ideas on bow tying, let me know.
