My favorite thing happened with today's card. I've had a technique that I've been wanting to try for awhile running through my head. I had already decided that I wanted to try it with the big rose stamp from the Rose Wonder stamp set, but didn't have the entire design in my head yet. I was able to combine it with a color challenge and sketch challenge this week to get a complete design. I love it when things fall together like that. 
I stamped the Rose on vellum with Versamark and then heat embossed with silver embossing power. I then used my Aquapainter to watercolor with the Color Inkspiration Challenge colors on the back of the heart embossed rose. I then fussy cut the stamped image out of the vellum and used it for the shape in the Freshly Made Sketch Challenge 296
